This people have I formed for myself;
they shall shew forth my
praise.
Isaiah 43:21 KJV -

We as His people need to show forth his praise, this our way of  showing Yahweh our love for Him. It is a way to express gratitude for all He  does for us. We are to praise Yah. When we declare our praise for Elohim, we are
giving Him glory, and fulfilling one of the purposes we were created for.

Here is an article I ran across in my search on this topic and I would like to share it with you.

GIVING GOD THE GLORY NO MATTER WHAT YOU ARE FACING CBN.com

Witnessing a magnificent fireworks display, hearing a stunning  symphony, or seeing a glorious sunset can evoke a response of praise.  But often, it's easier to praise a sunset than the Creator of  the sunset. In that same way, the difficulties of life often cloud our vision  and keep us from praising God. What can we do to restore a heart-attitude of  praise?

THE NATURE OF PRAISE

Praise, according to the Scriptures, is an act of our will that  flows out of an awe and reverence for our Creator. Praise gives glory to God and  opens us up to a deeper union with Him. It turns our attention off of our  problems and on the nature and character of God Himself.

As we focus our minds on God and proclaim His goodness, we reflect His glory back to Him. The results can fill you with peace and  contentment ( Isaiah 26:3) and transform your outlook on life.

REASONS  TO PRAISE

Very simply, we praise God because He is worthy of our praise ( 1 Chron.  16:25; Rev. 5:11-14).  He is the Alpha and Omega, the Beginning and the End, the King of kings and Lord  of lords. He is our Creator, Provider, Healer, Redeemer, Judge, Defender and  much more.

As  the psalmist said, "Let everything that has breath praise the Lord" ( Psalm  150:6).

As we praise God, we will discover incredible benefits for our  lives. That's because human beings were created by God to praise Him ( Isa.  43:7, Matt.  21:16). Due to man's original  sin, however, this relationship was disrupted. Praising God helps restore us to  that right relationship, for God actually dwells in the praises of His people ( Psalm 22:3). As we draw near to the Father in praise, He draws near to us ( James 4:8).

Praise is also our ultimate destiny. When the Lord Jesus Christ  returns again to earth, all creation -- including prideful mankind -- will  recognize His glory and praise Him ( Phil.  2:9-11).

Let's practice to praise Yahweh by making it a part of each day. Now the flesh will rise up against this act but we should push through and this can be done by putting on some wonderful music that helps us in praising Yahweh. PRAISE YAHWEH !!!

Genesis 1:29 NLT
Then God said, "Look! I have given you every seed-bearing plant throughout the earth and all the fruit trees for your food.

Today I was working in the garden planting root crops such as carrots, potatoes and onions. I also planted some ginger from some roots I had gathered in the fall. As I was working a rain storm came up and I went under a little shelter in the garden and was sipping on some herb tea when a moment of gratitude came over me as I was so thankful for the vegetables and fruits that Yahweh has given us for food. He says LOOK!!! I have given you this perfect food with all you need for a healthy life. It will keep you from disease and heal you when you become sick.

Since last fall I have been working on changing my eating and living habits. I prayed for wisdom and Yahweh has answered me. Actually he has be telling me this for a while but I just would not get into it because I had all kinds of excuses and addictions. In August of 2013 I began clearing up my diet by getting rid of all my addictions. Ones like white flour, white sugar, any processed foods with all the added addicting chemicals, processed fast food, sodas, black tea, wine, coffee etc. On December 2 is when I can say I stepped into a new way. The first week I lost 5 pounds and have been losing weight every since. Now the weight loss is slower but I am still getting  back to a normal weight for myself.

I am eating live whole foods ( the best I understand and I am learning new ways every day) mostly raw in salads and small amount lightly cooked. I eat no dairy, meats, or eggs. However I still cook meals my family wants to eat by cooking meat on the side and having mostly fruits and vegetables for them as well. I just do not eat the meat and enjoy the vegetables.

As of today I have lost 33 pounds and I am feeling great. Now I am doing many things to heal my self by using herb teas, hot baths, walking and drinking only distilled water to mention a few.  I am educating myself about using foods to have great health. This is what I was so thankful about, is that the food Yahweh gives us is so perfect for our bodies just as it is.

He created us and he gives us perfect food to keep us healthy. More on this topic in upcoming days.

Shabbat Shalom!! Don't forget to get things ready for Shabbat your family will appreciate it.

Mark 4:14 - The farmer plants seed by taking God's word to others. 15 The seed that fell on the footpath represents those who hear the message, only to have Satan come at once and take it away.16 The seed on the rocky soil represents those who hear the message and immediately
receive it  with joy. 17 But since they don't have deep roots, they don't last long. They fall away as soon as they have problems or are persecuted for believing God's word.18 The seed that fell among the thorns represents  others who hear God's word, 19 but all too quickly the message is crowded out by the worries of this life, the lure of wealth, and the desire for other things,  so
no fruit is produced
.  20 And the seed that fell on good soil represents those who hear and accept God's word and produce
a harvest of thirty, sixty, or even a hundred times as much as had been planted!"
  The New Living Translation Version

This scripture caught my attention when it  talked about not having any roots and that Yeshua compared that to believers
trying to hear the Word of Yah and walking in it.

Why is it important to have good roots? This I got this information from Wikipedia:

The first root that comes from a plant is called the radicle. The four major functions of  roots are
1) absorption of water and inorganic nutrients,
2) anchoring  of the plant body to the ground, and supporting it,
3) storage of food and nutrients,
4) vegetative reproduction. In response to the concentration of nutrients, roots also synthesise cytokinin, which acts as a signal as to how fast the shoots can grow.
Roots often function in storage of food and nutrients. The roots of most vascular plant species enter into symbiosis with
certain fungi to form mycorrhizae, and a large range of other organisms including bacteria also closely associate with roots. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Root

When we fall on good soil our roots have a better chance of survival and not only survival but prosperity. This is why I
feel a good congregation is so important. The congregation can represent the good soil. Our congregation is one (and there are also many others) that the soil has been tended, watered and have soil enhancements all the time. We have
good leaders, teachers and elders that watch over the plants and the whole body helps with spiritual growth for all. We have visiting teachers and musician that keep us informed as well. Many different gifts are manifest in the body which
help each one of us to grow. There are ministries as well to help us fulfill the righteous acts that we have been called to do. The body (your congregation wherever you are) is that fertile soil Yeshua wants you to grow in and be part of.

We need to put anchor down in a congregation or home study group where our roots can be fed. When we are in good ground the word says we will produce 30,60 or even a 100 fold.

We come together to share and study Yah's word and also prayer and worship. It is fabulous!! We are meant to be together and learn to love each other. It is a real blessing. If you are struggling on your own come be part of a congregation we need you as well.

Eph 3:20 KJV - Now unto him that is able to do exceeding   abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that  worketh in us..

When we get overwhelmed we become desperate to let go of  projects and other responsibilities that are weighing us down and consuming our  time. But first before we give up we must seek Elohim and ask for his power in our lives. WE need to give him our burdens and we should follow him. Just as  the verse above Ephesians 3:20 that His power can work in us. ( If we will allow it)

If Yahweh has put on your heart to do something or things then we need to depend on him to direct our paths and that includes every detail of our lives. In the book of Psalms  chapter 37: verse 23 and 24 it states -

23 The LORD directs the steps of the godly. He delights in  every detail of their lives.24 Though they stumble, they will never fall,  for the LORD holds them by the hand. (NLT)

Being overwhelmed is hard to  deal with and when it goes on for a while we can become dishearten toward all we
do. When we find ourselves in that place first we need to realize that we are spinning many plates  and that we need to turn to our Boss (Yahweh) and let him know how we are  feeling. If we are doing his work then we need to be filled with his power and
wisdom. We need Him to give us direction daily on how we should proceed. We need to give all our cares over to him as he cares for us. Then we need to  follow his guide so we will intuitively know what to do and the order in which to do it. This can happen if we take the time for His  inspiration. Give yourself some quiet time and pray for all those areas that are  making you feel overwhelmed. Ask Him for help and He will send it. I like to just listen to His inspiration that speaks in my heart on when to start on something and when to stop. I  also try to listen in morning on when to get up and what to do first. My day  seems to go much better when I put Yah first and let his guiding power direct my  day. If Yah has asked you to do something just go to him and rest that issue with Him as He will direct you.
