Whether or not you struggle in this area we all can use help with this area in our lives.
We can plan the work needed to maintain the home and watch (guard- shemar) all that goes on.
We can have shalom (peace) in our homes.

This journey
This is where it all began for me on this journey of Yah helping me to get my life in order so I could begin to work for him in the calling he had on my life. Years before, I had prayed that I just wanted to serve Yah but I was so tied to this world with family, home, work, etc.
I was not free enough from the cares of this world to help others. I was entangled in briars and weeds that I was not bearing fruit. It was the summer of 2007 that I was feeling so overwhelmed I was depressed and hardly able to function. I just cried out a prayer to Yah that I needed help. I was so overwhelmed! It was my weekend off and I was always cleaning up but not getting anywhere. I was spending all my time trying to keep things in order only to find things in just as big mess the next day and I would have to start all over.
Everywhere I looked was jobs to be done and clutter everywhere. I thought it was just getting my house cleaned up but it was much deeper than that in that I had so many underlying issues that needed dealt with so my house would stay in order.
But Yah knows how to send help and he did! Praise his name!

Peace in your life is a fruit of the spirit
Getting my household in order was really big for me. It still amazes me when I stick with some basic routines and kept the clutter out (remove the clot) how free I feel to grow .

Oh, how hard it sounds but when I learned that once my household was in order that some basic daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance was all I needed to keep things running smooth.

She has taught me that following a 'get out of bed routine', 'afternoon' or 'get home from work routine' and a 'before bed routine' that they will keep your home in order. Not only that, but she teaches how important it is to love yourself and to keep peace in your household which will result in producing peace in your life which is a fruit of the spirit.
Each household is unique and each one of us can find our peace if we seek Yah's ways to manage our household.
